Company Overview Phoenix Accounting (Thailand) Limited was established in January 2020 as the Thailand office of Phoenix Accounting Group, a Japanese accounting and tax consulting firm. Based on professional expertise in accounting and taxation in both Japan and Thailand, we provide comprehensive support to companies expanding into Thailand. Our primary services include tax compliance support for Japanese companies, financial reporting to parent companies, and various related consulting services. Our group professionals hold CPA and tax accountant qualifications and practical experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation in Japan, Thailand, the United States, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and other countries. Through close collaboration among these professionals, we are able to provide multifaceted and strategic advice.
Our Japanese CPAs and tax accountants, who have extensive experience in Japanese accounting, taxation, and business practices, provide detailed explanations tailored to Japanese clients regarding local tax systems, legal regulations, amendments, and procedural requirements.

Yoshikane Saito

Yoshikane SAITO

MANAGING DIRECTOR, Japanese Certified Public Accountant, Licensed Tax Accountant (Japan), Certified Public Accountant (Cambodia)


Born in 1972 in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Graduated from Keio University. After passing the Japanese CPA examination, he joined KPMG (now KPMG AZSA LLC). In 2006, he founded Phoenix Accounting Group Co., Ltd. (Japan), and in 2009 established Omotesando Tax Corporation (Japan). In 2011, he expanded into Indonesia and established PT. Phoenix Strategy Indonesia, which grew to approximately 130 staff members (including 6 Japanese professionals) and is currently known as PT. Feniks Manajemen Indonesia. In 2020, he established Phoenix Accounting (Thailand) Limited and began operations in Thailand, serving as its Managing Director.

After joining a major international accounting firm (Andersen Tax), founded XAT Tax Corporation. From 2012, served as the head of the Thailand subsidiary, later continuing operations as Alpha Professions.

Provides accounting and tax consulting for Japanese and Western companies in Japan, and supports Japanese subsidiaries in Thailand with accounting, tax, HQ coordination, HR systems, market entry/exit, and transfer pricing documentation.

Joined Phoenix Accounting Group in November 2022.

Worked as an external auditor at KPMG for four years, auditing both private and listed companies. Experienced in TFRS audits for PAE and NPAE entities, accounting due diligence, monthly closing, and tax filings.

Bachelor of Accounting (First-Class Honors), Chulalongkorn University. Master’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Business from the UK and Australia.

THUNYAPORN PORNCHINDARAK (GOONG)

Senior Manager


Since 2016, she has been providing legal and administrative services in Thailand. Her responsibilities include company incorporation and registration, procedures for changes in company information, statutory filings, and the acquisition and renewal of visas and work permits. She has extensive experience coordinating with Thai government authorities such as the Department of Business Development and the Revenue Department, and her strength lies in ensuring full compliance with Thai laws and regulations.
In addition, she is fluent in Japanese and excels at facilitating smooth communication between clients and government authorities, enabling efficient and reliable administrative procedures.
She graduated from Kasetsart University, Department of Japanese. She studied at Kochi University (Japan) as an exchange student under the MEXT Scholarship program. She holds JLPT N2 certification.

Masafumi Morishita

Masafumi MORISHITA

Senior Manager, Japanese Certified Public Accountant


He joined Deloitte Tohmatsu LLC in 2015, where he engaged in audit services, J-SOX support, and various assurance services, primarily for clients in the renewable energy, power, financial institutions, and investment fund industries.

He joined the Phoenix Accounting Group in July 2024 and is currently based in Thailand, mainly supporting Japanese companies with monthly closing operations and coordination with their headquarters in Japan.
He also provides accounting and tax advisory services for cross-border projects, due diligence, consolidation, and IFRS-related support. In addition, he has been involved in supporting the development of HR systems and cost accounting systems in Thailand, contributing to the strengthening of local subsidiary management frameworks.

MONTICHA DECHJIT (MON)

Assistant Manager


She joined Phoenix Accounting (Thailand) in 2021 and has approximately four years of practical experience in a wide range of accounting services, including bookkeeping through financial closing, taxation, payroll processing, and support for accounting system implementation. She has also been involved in financial and tax due diligence and transfer pricing matters.

Prior to joining the Phoenix Group, she worked at Deloitte, where she was engaged in audit services for approximately three years, handling Thai financial statement audits for clients across various industries, including banks, leasing companies, and manufacturing firms. She graduated from Chulalongkorn University, Faculty of Accounting.

TAMONWAN RINSRI (NUTTY)

Assistant Manager


She has approximately four years of experience as an external auditor, conducting financial statement audits for both non-listed and listed companies. Her audit experience spans multiple industries, primarily in the service and manufacturing sectors. She has practical experience auditing TFRS financial statements under both PAE and NPAE frameworks. She has also been involved in domestic financial and tax due diligence engagements and in supporting improvements to internal controls related to financial statements. She joined Phoenix Accounting (Thailand) in 2021 and currently supports clients with monthly closing operations and tax filing services. She graduated from Mae Fah Luang University, Accounting Program, School of Management.

She has 12 years of experience working at a Japanese-affiliated accounting firm, primarily providing accounting and tax services. She joined Phoenix Accounting (Thailand) in 2023 and supports clients in the service, trading, and manufacturing industries with monthly closing operations, tax filings, payroll processing, inventory management, and other accounting services. She also conducts on-site accounting and tax reviews at client locations and has extensive experience supporting improvements to internal control systems. She graduated from Prince of Songkla University, Faculty of Accounting.

She has over eight years of experience working at international accounting and law firms, primarily providing support in financial reporting, accounting, payroll, taxation, and BOI (Board of Investment) related matters. She joined Phoenix Accounting (Thailand) in 2025 and has extensive experience serving clients across a wide range of industries and business types, including support for tax refund procedures. She is a licensed accountant and a full member of the Federation of Accounting Professionals of Thailand. She graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University, Faculty of Accounting.
